Our mission

Empowering women to support their families through poultry.

We provide input finance for broiler meat production through cluster engagement and backyard farming. A woman joins a cluster, raises a flock at home with our support, and sells into a market that’s already waiting.

Our mark says it plainly: the W of Win, shaped as a woman celebrating her independence, with broiler wings and a cradle that holds up family and community.

How a cycle works

From day-old chick to guaranteed sale.

One outgrower model, coordinated across a growing network of farmers, so every cycle is consistent, predictable and ready to scale.

  1. 1Join a clusterSign up with women in your community and get onboarded by our field team.
  2. 2Get your starter packDay-old chicks, feed and medication, financed by Farmwin.
  3. 3Raise with supportHands-on training, biosecurity guidance and production monitoring.
  4. 4Sell at an agreed priceOur structured offtake guarantees a buyer and profitable pricing.
  5. 5Settle up and growInputs are settled from sales, then you start your next cycle.

Demand is strong. Supply is inefficient.

The problem

  • High poverty levels leave many families without a steady income
  • Poultry demand in Nigeria far exceeds supply
  • Production is fragmented and inconsistent
  • High input costs restrict farmer participation
  • There’s no structured route to market

The opportunity

  • Improve lives through women’s empowerment, youth rehabilitation and support for low-income families
  • 200M+ Nigerians with rising protein demand
  • Poultry is the fastest-growing meat segment
  • Strong regional demand across West Africa and the Gulf
Impact

Already working in Kaduna. Built to work across Nigeria.

Demand for onboarding and offtake keeps growing, and our system is designed to scale with it.

Farmer questions

What you need to know before you join.

Do I need money to start?

No upfront input cost. Farmwin finances your day-old chicks, feed and medication, and it’s settled from your sales.

Who buys my birds?

Our structured offtake system, with partners like NATNUDO, guarantees a buyer at an agreed, profitable price.

I’ve never raised chickens. Can I still join?

Yes. You get hands-on training and regular monitoring visits throughout every cycle.

Who can join, and where?
